The origin of Levain et le Vin from cooking courses to wine expert

The company was founded in 2019 by Florence Gramende after she had studied in Groningen. Before she founded Levain et le vin, she had taken several cooking courses. As a result, she had gained a lot of knowledge in different kitchens and then went to work at restaurant Choux and Café Modern in Amsterdam. She also worked at Bolomey Wijnimport for three years, where she learned a lot about wine and her first interest in wine arose.
