The large selection they have in the cafe consists of bottles of wine that have been opened so you can tap them yourself. You can tap the wines in different sizes of a half glass (75 ml) or a whole glass (150 ml). You even have the option to tap the wine per sip (25 ml). The wines can be tapped at the wine dispenser with the Rayleigh & Ramsay wine pass or the R&R Unplugged App. There are also information cards that can help you find the wine that suits you best.
